Attendance

Students are required to attend 180 days of school each year. If a student is ill or an emergency arises, please send a note explaining the absence in writing when the child returns to school.  Students will be responsible for completing any missed work.  Parents should provide or arrange transportation for children who miss the bus or are suspended from the bus.

It is important that medical and dental appointments be made before or after school hours whenever possible. Every minute of the school day is valuable learning time. Please do not schedule appointments or vacations during the End-of-Grade testing week.

The Instructional day is 9:00 AM - 3:45 PM.
